High-performance PEI parts for a historic Formula 1 aggregate

With the Stratasys 900mc system, we can now also produce components in one piece, with dimensions 914 x 609 x 914, additively.

We process both ASA and Ultem 9085, the PEI high-performance polymer thermoplastic. It is highly resistant, lightweight and flame retardant (UL94 V0 test). The tensile strength is 47 MPa (XZ axis) 33 MPa (ZX axis) and the dimensional stability temperature is 153°C.
